Everywhere from them accusing my son of stealing the i phone we were trying to reactivate to them breaking the sim card holder on his old phone. They did finally fix it and then had the nerve to tell me just buy another iphone. I had even bought this and another i phone from this store in December! They were the rudest and nastiest people I have ever dealt with.
