  We have used AT&T for many years. Before moving across the highway we always had a bit of a wait but friendly service. Went into the new store and the lady who was in charge could not have been anymore rude if she tried. .guess it was because we were choosing to not use our upgrades and buy new phones. She literally slammed the return brochure in front of us and walked away! Also couldn't explain why we pay monthly for insurance but to have our phones sent in to be looked at would cost over $115.00. She also rolled her eyes at us as well. I am giving 1 star because the young girl tried to help us after we had been dismissed by the perfect one. I'm sorry we pay you $200 a month which helps your store stay open and gives her a paycheck. . Terrible human. .can you say commission. .it's definitely noticeable!
